Hi I’m Alli,
I’m here to help you to move gently through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and early motherhood with confidence, calm, and trust in yourself by providing evidence-based guidance and compassionate support tailored to your unique circumstances.
As a certified prenatal and fertility dietitian, birth & postpartum doula in training, I have built my work around supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with the guidance, nourishment, and care you need to feel rested, informed, and deeply supported during the transition to motherhood.
I do this by providing a sound voice of evidence-based guidance, practical preparation, and personalised support throughout the perinatal journey—helping you navigate pregnancy, prepare for birth, recover after birth, and care for yourself with confidence.
I don’t add to the noise and confusion. I help you cut through conflicting advice, reduce overwhelm, and create simple, sustainable approaches to nourishment, birth, recovery, and family life that align with your values and circumstances.
I walk alongside you through pregnancy, birth preparation, labour, birth and postpartum recovery, providing guidance, reassurance, and practical support so you don't have to navigate this season by yourself.
About me.
I am also a mother two little children so I have been where you are.
My first pregnancy was a surprise, and while I knew plenty about food and nutrition, I was completely unprepared for the realities of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, the decisions involved the the experience I was about to embark on. I was 23, and like many first time mums, had no idea just how life-changing the journey ahead would be.
I knew I wanted a natural birth but had no clue how much preparation, learning and healing it would take to feel informed and confident in my choices. My first birth was a physiological unassisted vaginal birth in hospital. I felt incredibility proud and on cloud 9. I felt deeply empowered like I could do anything. It was a true awakening to the power and capability of a woman’s mind and body.
Postpartum was an even bigger shock. I experienced DRAM and pelvic floor heaviness coexisting with a felt pressure to “bounce back” and return to pre-pregnancy life simply because I was no longer pregnant. Looking back, I wish I had understood the intense transition of postpartum, and the importance of rest, recovery, nourishment and soaking up time at home with my new baby. Something I was incredibly thankful for was the village around me. For the first month after my son was born, I did not cook a single meal. We had a meal train through our church, parents and friends dropping food off, helping with house chores and providing space for me to talk about my experiences.
These experiences truly opened my eyes to the transition a woman goes through during pregnancy, birth and postpartum - and just how important the village is. This has shaped the way that I support mothers.
When I became pregnant with my second baby, I was so much more prepared. I read birth books, practiced positioning, coordinated support for postpartum, and made the space for myself to rest, nourish, and transition gently into a new mum again. This experience deepened my trust in the birth process and surrendering to postpartum, and sparked a genuine passion for supporting women as they prepare for the most transformative experience of their life.
While I love supporting women nutritionally through this season, I felt drawn to practical and emotional care of being more than advice, but to be supported in navigating pregnancy, birth and postpartum, so that you can feel confident in your pregnancy, prepare for your dream birth and trust deeply in your body, and hold space for rest and recovery postpartum without feeling like you need to do it all yourself.
Today, I am planning for a home birth with my third baby, and continuing to lean into the dust, confidence and wisdom within my body. My experiences as a mother, prenatal dietitian and doula have shaped how I care for new mothers, walking alongside you from bump to baby, helping you build confidence in your choices, feel supported to have the experiences you desire, and discovering your unique path to motherhood that feels authentically yours.
I’d love to support you.

I believe in…
-
Freedom from social pressure
I believe that every family’s life, culture, values, and capacity are different. My approach rejects rigid rules and one-size-fits-all plans, instead providing flexible, sustainable support that fits real life - centred around connection, comfort, culture, and joy. Mothers are supported to build an enjoyable relationship with themselves and their family dynamic that adapts as life changes, without guilt or fear when things don’t go to plan.
-
Joy in motherhood
I believe women deserve to experience joy alongside the challenges of caring for little lives. By reducing stress and pressure around food, nourishment and the pressures of the load of motherhood, my work creates space for women to slow down, feel present, and enjoy the beauty of each season, allowing food to support connection and joy rather than becoming another source of hardship.
-
Peace + clarity in your values
In a world filled with conflicting and overwhelming nutrition advice, I am committed to creating a space of peace and clarity for women caring for little lives. My work provides clear, grounded guidance that helps clients feel steady, discerning, and confident — able to filter out the noise and move forward knowing what truly matters for their family.
-
Honesty in care
I believe access to trustworthy care is a right, not a privilege. My work is grounded in transparency, integrity, and evidence-based care, offering clear guidance when the evidence is strong, and honesty when it isn’t. By never overstating certainty or filling gaps with guesswork, I create a safe space where clients can trust the information they receive and grow in confidence, security, and self-belief as they grow their family.
-
Empowering mothers
I believe women caring for little lives are already doing the best they can with the information, capacity, and support they have. My role is to remove blame, replace uncertainty with understanding, and meet each client exactly where they are, offering tailored, compassionate guidance and support that restores confidence and empowers them to move forward with clarity and trust in themselves.
