The Nurtured Birth Method is my signature birth empowerment preparation framework designed to build your confidence to have a safe, positive and intervention-free birth.

  • The Nurtured Birth Method is a 1:1 birth coaching program, that will equip you with the confidence, knowledge and excitement to labour, and give birth in a way that feels right for you. The program is designed to support you through the second half of your pregnancy as you prepare for birth.

  • Over the course of the program, the framework covers six core phases that are critical for any birthing mother wanting to get informed and birth with confidence.

    The phases include:

    • Uncovering and discovering your dream birth

    • Understanding your beautiful body

    • Navigating our birthing system

    • Preparing your mind, body and environment

    • Creating the perfect birth team

    • When things don’t go to plan
